This policy explains what information LANCY Paper Machinery collects and how it is used. It is a starting template — the Owner should confirm the final text with local counsel before launch.

Information we collect

When you submit the Request Machinery form, we collect the details you provide: project type, paper type, capacity, raw material, width, GSM, budget, country, WhatsApp number, name, company and email. We also store the source and any UTM parameters from the link you used.

When you use the Quick Match questionnaire, we collect your answers (who you are, what equipment you need, paper grade, target capacity, purchase timing and country), your WhatsApp number and anything you add in the free-text field. Your WhatsApp number is used only to follow up on that enquiry and to discuss the project — it is never shown on the public site, never shared with third parties and never used for marketing broadcasts. We also record which advertisement or search brought you here so we can answer you faster.

How we use it

To understand your requirement and search for suitable machinery.
To contact you about your request via WhatsApp or email.
To improve our content and conversion (aggregated, anonymous analytics only).

What we do not do

We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not publish your enquiry or contact details on the public site.
We do not auto-send sales messages or commit prices without verification.

Advertising measurement

Our pages may carry a Meta (Facebook) pixel. Its only job is to tell us whether an advertisement led to a real enquiry. It reports that an enquiry was submitted and, for our own records, which market it came from — it never receives your answers, your name or who you are. You can block it with your browser's tracking protection and nothing about submitting an enquiry will change.

Supplier contact details are kept internal and are never shown on the public website.
