Used machines can save significant cost — if you know what you are buying. LANCY verifies status and evidence before listing any unit, and we never present a dismantled machine without stating its evidence level.
Status system
We label every machine: Running & Installed, Installed but Stopped, Dismantled with Evidence, Dismantled / Incomplete, Refurbished, or New. The label drives the risk and the price.
What we check
Nameplate (maker, year, width, speed), recent run video, full-machine and detail photos, and — where possible — on-site inspection. Incomplete units are marked as such.
Refurbished, not repainted
A repainted frame is not a refurbished machine. We ask for the written refurbish scope before presenting a unit as refurbished.
